As I said in my prior post to you, people are waiting for the next filing. Right now there is no market and no volume. This is typical. One could only buy a few thousand shares or sell without drastically altering the price. Buy 100,000 shares tomorrow and you could see .03. Try to sell 100,000 and you likely see .012. That's why you have to patient with this type of stock. If someone doesn't understand that, they shouldn't play these. If the 10K is good, you could double overnight. Otherwise, it's as you said.
