Hi Crossy

The reason Harris & Harris Group ("Tiny") trades at multiples of NAV is investors know what is in their portfolio. EDV is a black box where they only disclose NAV and not the components. It is unlikely it will ever trade for much of a premium unless we get in a crazy commodity market which may happen.

No disclosure of upcoming deals. H&H does not do that. Only disclosure of what has CLOSED and what is in the portfolio. Presently no one can access the risk of the portfolio.

This is not asking for a lot. Full disclosure. BTW full disclosure of the portfolio can happen in Canada.

EDV is a GREAT company but it could be so much greater with a little disclosure.

Regards
