Don't you think should, just to be sure that the extract you copied is accurate? As to this part - WHC and Debtor did file a criminal Complaint in Broward County, Florida in June 2000, which is still pending. Maybe you can tell us where to find that "criminal Complaint in Broward County"? It has been almost 6 years since that complaint was filed so what was the outcome? You'll find links to Broward courts in this post - Message 22315275 - feel free to investigate and report back on what you find.
