I think the only thing I disagree with is "tale of the tape."

In a lot of these pinkies there is no such thing. TA is worthless. If you believe the fundamentals or at least a fraction of the story, you can make a lot of money. If one seller decides to sell, maybe because he has what he thinks is another hotter MOMO play, then you can have what we had on Friday, 5 trades which make the "tale of the tape," look awful.

But that's the beauty of trading these things. You can then have other people look at the "tale of the tape" and then panic. So, based on nothing, you can have a stock tank. I had someone PM me that he had to do exactly that, sold to get into something he felt was "hotter." So who knows?

I like to buy in those circumstances and then sell when everyone is extremely excited and you see the "tale of the tape" looking like it's "going to the moon," and often you see the one liners on message boards saying the same thing.

KG4, I appreciate and respect your recent post. However, I am curious about your statement that the tale of the tape is telling you that the stock is in a downtrend that will not stop. I have been at this quite awhile, and use fundamental and technical analysis. However, technical tools seem mostly useless in the penny stock arena.

May I ask that you disclose exactly how the tape is telling you the decline will not stop. I am interested because of holding a substantial position of GCHR. I have read all the SEC filings, press releases, board postings, and anything else I could find before taking a position and adding to the same.

Most importantly, I have spoken on numerous occasions with the folks at the company itself. I have to admit that I have found them to be courteous, informative and forward-looking. I have concluded that management is both capable and competent based upon my contact with them.

I made purchases of GCHR on a number of occasions because I believe that oil is the place to be. GCHR is a company that looks as if it has successfully turned it around, re-starting wells, producing revenue, and most importantly, have a sensible plan for excellent future growth is worth investing in.

I believe GCHR at these prices is a nothing short of a gift. If it goes lower, I will buy more. I fully intend to hold this stock for the longterm. I believe, this and other pennys in the oil business (such as PBLS) are ripe for huge gains for months and years to come.

In conclusion, I appreciate your willingness to discuss and consider both the good and bad aspects of a stock and I look forward to reading your posts in the future.

Thank you.
