Yeah, I know you are much more bullish on everything.... The USD correction could be pretty short term and be a B wave in the rally that started in Dec 2004. I don't think there will be actual deflation... as the Fed will fight that... but I do expect a recession and stability or decline in the inflation rate.

In stocks - we both are looking for a correction - I think that in NDX it could already have started. I am open to 2002-6 being wave 1 of a new bull, wave A of a massive B wave correcting 2000-2002 or the entirety of the B wave. Counts can be dreamt up which match all of these. The only way we will know is:

1. If 2002 gets taken out in large cap US indices then 2002-6 was the B wave and after that a new secular bull will start.

2. If it doesn't then either the B wave continues or the new bull continues and holds us in suspense for another 4 years or so.
