Obviously, I'm aware of your point of view. You may argue as you will, but preemptive war can in fact be a necessary life-saving choice so long as "preemptive" is what it indeed is, as many will continue to accept was the case here.

Again, an uncooperative Saddam had supported extremist terrorism already (well documented), convincing many on both sides of the isle that he needed to be removed ASAP. It is done now, and even reluctant continued support for the effort would be appreciated.
