RtS, I always like to read "investmenthouse", usually a lot of good "stuff" written there. I saw one item I thought was interesting,

<<If you listen to some of the financial stations you would have thought Q1 was the best investor quarter since late 1999. If you talk to a lot seasoned traders and managers, however, Q1 was tough. Sure stocks such as BRCM and MRVL made it easy at the start with big earnings helping drive them skyward. Unfortunately for them, that was the end of the move. Yes we have had some great movers the entire quarter, but many stocks rode a roller coaster for the quarter as the indices moved up and down until SP500 and DJ30 finally put together a breakout in early March.>>

I thought that was what traders liked - a roller coaster market. BRCM went from 30 to 50 from early Jan to early Mar, and now it back down to the 43 range. Marvel went from 55 to 73 in late January in 18 trading days, and since then it has dropped to the 54 level. A tremendous buy on the upside and then a marvelous short. Looks like it has been "basing" the past couple of weeks - probably getting ready for a nice upward trip when the "semis" come back in favor again.

Methinks "they" complain too much.:)
