I have never met a person who has lived that does not have some knowledge that I would like to have. Because of your experiences you have the wisdom from them. Your friend did a wonderful service for her customers when she tried to straighten out their billings. Medicare requires certain procedures, and if the doctor doesn't jump through the hoops in the correct order the bill has to be written off. My parent’s next door neighbor spent a couple years trying to solve the Medicare morass after he closed his practice. He succeeded in collecting some of the money. I watched my grandmother, who graduated from college in first part of the century suffer from senile dementia. It is a sad thing.
