and its the same on the right. Keeping personal opinions out of reporting and editing is a never ending battle. I think they correctly nailed this NYTimes reporter but as i have said over and over again, i think the Times is a great paper and unlike CBS News/Rather the Times trys to prevent this sort of stuff on its news pages. What drives cons crazy is that the media folks are so overwhelmingly liberal in politics so any mistakes err to the left. Far more eggregious to me is the moronic talk radio rightists out there. Obviously there it is opinion but some have proved this week once again that they have racist attitudes toward hispanic immigrants--both legal and illegal as well as a sick view of one of America's daughters, Jill Carrol. So easy for the demagogues to call this gal a traitor. It sickens me.
