Really does it really matter? 2/3s of the kids of illegals are US citizens because of the drop the baby law and will eventually get the parents in. The only solution is to retro the baby law and let the police send the illegals back. Then let businesses apply for contract labor. Will it happen? Nope. Learn Spanish.
