This was bought for US $4,350,000 by Seabridge today.

The price apperas to be is 2.5 cents on the resource dollar.

Why so cheap? I guess because it is low grade. You only get out 60-70% of that. Costs on the other hand are low. 8 some dollars US per short ton.
