Gary Mohilner,

Most if not all reporting companies must disclose critical and material information as a fair disclosure for the benefit of shareholders and the investing public in general. How can any investor make a decision without such important information. Most of the issues I present in my post are matters of significant material events that must, by law, be disclosed to the public.
