Right on, Orca!

No self-respecting country wants to get the big stick up their arse!

For far too long the west has been acting as if might is right and that it has the right to bully and to exploit countries whose military is weak or non-existent and they justified their wanton predatory acts with all sorts of
propaganda spin, spin, spin......

For many years the US directly or indirectly threatened China with nuclear attacks. China brought that nuclear blackmail to an end when China exploded her first atom bomb and hydrogen bomb in 1966 and 1968, respectively!

And North Korea, a small country, has been able to hold the US at bay with her nuclear arsenal! They have been telling the US not to "f--k" with them or else....... And the US is reacting with caution.

To be sure, Iran is inspired by China and North Korea. Why not be in possession of some nukes to keep predators at bay and to gain a modicum of respect from all, around? Why not, especially when Iran is surrounded by neighbours bristling with nuclear weapons!

Since the US was able to live with the former USSR, and with India and Pakistan and N. Korea, all of whom have nukes, why not with a nuclear-armed Iran, too?

To be sure, we live in very dangerous and also very interesting times!!!
.

Re: "I see...in order to prevent a nuclear holocaust, we need to prosecute one.

Pre-emptive nuclear war is what you're advocating here."

So you say, but no, I do not and did not advocate preemptive nuclear war on Iran. Knowing it or not, you've made that up out of whole cloth, and wrongly accuse me.

For you AND richnorth: neither Wesely Clark nor I suggested the big stick of America's might which he and I agree Iran must understand we will use, was a nuclear stick, to my knowledge.

You should be ashamed.
