I don't know where Leigh saw it, but I read a copy of the judge's opinion. It was pretty straight-forward, he doesn't like how the Company and the Directors have treated the preferred shareholders. In addition it looks like some of the director/employees could be liable for $100,000's of givebacks. You better believe they have unresolved accounting issues, they have been screwing around with the financial statements for years, and that doesn't even include the $40,000,000 in unpaid dividends they forgot to disclose for years. Oh yeah, the CPA's are in deep doodoo too! You don't think 2 directors just resigned for no good reason do you
