"CDEX is filing quarterly with sufficient information to meet SEC requirements. You may not be happy with what you see, but the SEC apparently is, I think that's what counts." I disagree. If the company files with the only purpose to meet the SEC requirements, then that is the only thing the company is interested in. Shareholders have never been not it seems never will be anywhere near the top of the company's priorities. The history of this company in this regard speaks for itself. I may not be happy with such airtight disclosures, but I am not the only one. Even the hypest of the hyper complains about the company's disregard toward shareholders. To the best of my knowledge, the company has never said or done anything directly aimed at satisfying shareholders concern. And that has and will continue to concern me.
