Yeah, old Delay is really the rottenest character I can recall EVER being in Washington, and that includes some pretty shady characters. Truly a vile and repugnant man, he exemplified the Bush-era Repugnican, tearfully praying to Jeezuz while extorting as much money from interest groups as possible and grabbing cash with both hands.
