Poor work, keep it up. Terayons settlement and not guilt, changes nothing about the fact that you published a clear lie about them. Amazing that you continue to come here to attack. What's the matter, is your flock of sheep too small? What will I add? It seems I was right, that's what. And while we learned last summer that those behind the suit were being investigated, we've yet to learn that those investigations are over. Did I mention that you lied about Terayon? The evidence says I was absolutely right on that too, and with years to defend yourself on the matter here, you've remained silent.

This thread contains at least ONE definite lie about Terayon's business written by you, and ONE definite falsehood concerning Terayons future prospects with Cablelabs written by Pat Mudge. Yes, Pat Mudge absolutely wrote falsely when she repeatedly stated that Terayon's S-CDMA had been ruled out of DOCSIS inclusion by Cablelabs for good, when in fact Cablelabs never said any such thing though she stated they had, and in fact the icing on this cake is that Cablelabs did put S-CDMA into the DOCSIS standard.

I think the judge was absolutely right, as many will agree, that the attacks against Terayon were put forth by folks who had a HUGE losing short position they did not disclose. I suspect you were, and this thread reveals, a part of their efforts.

Understand, none of us can win them all. Can you understand that? I doubt it.

Would you like to change my "opinion?" Travel back in time then, and change your actions and therefore the facts.
