That's if you believe they don't create economic stimulus. I live in NY. Guess who picks up the stack when business and working taxpayers people leave. Witch they been doing for quite a few years now. Congressional seats form NY are down from the past? (why)? I'm not blaming Hillory or Chuck because this didn't happen overnight. If businesses employ the tax paying base. How do you get them to come back.
