Do you know home ownership % 10 years ago, 5 years ago vs now?
I think it's like 70% now?

Florida for instance went from 67.1% in 1996 to 69.5% in 2003.
Prolly 70% now.

2.9%. Not much when you consider the danger caused getting there.

Just a thought.
