This may be an expectation for reverse discrimination not met, but it does not fit my definition of reverse discrimination. The lady is arrogant. If the people of her district return her to Congress they will be rewarding bad behavior.

Incidents like this set the stage. People who criticize President Bush for "lying" who defend Clinton for actually perjuring himself have to credibility. Little boys who cry wolf because they are lonely find themselves in a precarious situation down the road.

She behaved badly. If the officer did not use force to prevent intruders he would not be doing his job properly. If she had apologized the next day, the whole incident probably would have blown over. Now, she should get the jail time she deserves.
