Will your children take care of you when you are old? If they do, you will be exceptional because most people in the US dump the care of their parents on the state. I had to write to my tenant's children to ask them to help her out, they never responded.

Regli did say there would be women like your sister who couldn't accept changing roles in society and feel thier hubby was a failure. What did she think of that michael keaton movie - Mr. Mom?

I have many friends who went to work while their husband stayed home and became the primary care giver. It was a no brainer choice because they made so much more money than their husbands. My sister wouldn't have had a problem with that. With my sister's husband it was finding him in bed with the 13 year old babysitter that kind of got him booted out, not his inability to make an income. Now he is on the official sexual offender list.

Even when you were running the streets getting sucker men to buy you food and give you rides while you pumped drugs into your body?

I didn't use drugs when I was a runaway, I didn't really start using drugs until after college, couldn't afford them. I've held some sort of job since 15, yes, even when I was running around on my own. There are lots of temp jobs out there for transients. I did domestic work for a long time, up until my third year in college.

you made the better choice Grace

You made the same "choice", so how does it feel?
