I can't say I see them doing that. So in your opinion, the "succumbing" of the defense department to the use of the term "insurgent" is part of the "determined use" of the word? That's interesting. I find it strange, and somewhat incomprehensible, but it is interesting. So would you say the DOD is using "insurgency" intentionally, or are they simply dupes of the devious external media sources?
