It depends on when the government decides to balance its budget, if ever. Tech depends heavily on DoD budgets. Bush went out of his way in each new program to use federal spending to underpin the demand for the business sectors.

You guys seem to go off in your own private boom and bust cycle. They never mention you guys in the same breath with NYC, Boston and LA in the early 90's..

Did you even have a condo crash like we had in Florida during that time?
