Sounds like both Fab 36 and Fab 7 will start production of 65nm in June/July and ramp toward initial shipment at the end of the year and launch in early Q1. That would make sense. Unlike the 90nm stuff from Fab 36, the 65nm stuff will be different, so they can't just dribble a few into the market, they need enough to support the new platform and also need to position the K8 so they don't Osborne a big part of production. So they probably follow the same sort of ramp as I outlined for Fab 36, 1000 WSPM/M, maybe half that at Fab 7, that gets them to something like 9000 WSPM at 65 nm exiting the year with about 9000 wafers processed and packaged at year end. That should give them a couple million chips for an early 07 launch and maybe 5 million more over the course of the quarter. That seems about right to me.

By the way that would have Fab 36 about 2/3 ramped (12,000 WSPM compared to eventual 20) and about 50% 65nm exiting the year which is IIRC consistent with guidance.
