If you want embarrassing quotes, Bush-Cheney have many. Just look at any of Bush-Cheney's claims or campaign promises from 3-5 years ago. They're now all exposed as total nonsense, deliberate lies and BS. for instance, Bush just announced he'd keep oil out of the Strategic Preserve to help the GOP congress by bringing down gas prices a bit. 3-5 years ago he twice called doing exactly that an outrageous politicization of the strategic reserve. He berated Clinton for doing it, then say he would never do it. Multiply this times a hundred. "I'm the war Presdient" - yeah the screw-up a war president "I'll smoke him out of his cave" - "Catch him dead or alive" - "Mission accomplished" "I'll jawbone OPEC to bring down prices" etc. etc.
