atm:

<<Do you believe this company is legitimate?>>

Sorry if you've got a lot of shares, but no -- I think it's a complete scam. I sold my shares a week or so ago after coming to that conclusion. My reasons were:

- The company profile on Pink Sheets shows that it was previously KDW Telecom up till December 2005, and that the shares had already been decreased by a 1 for 1,000 split....

pinksheets.com

- This profile also shows an Orlando address, whereas the recent PRs are supposedly from Toronto. Meanwhile, the phone number is from New York!

- A "George Anderson" is listed as the CEO. He's the third CEO I've found listed in the last year.

- When you check the former KDW Telecom, you discover that it went from $1.00 a share to zero in May/June 2005. Presumably the same is happening now.

- In a PR of April 14, 2005, KDW announced it was "entering into the South American market" with its specialized VOIP telephony technology. A major switch of expertise... :^(

- It's CEO was a "J. Kenneth Hinds". But amazingly <ng>, it's phone number was the same 718-670-3392 as today's recorded message!

I hope you can salvage some of your funds. I was glad to get out without too much of a loss.

Regards,
Howy

atm, .. This stock was mentioned by someone in the crew or someone I recognized on one of SI's many Boards, so I created a place to discuss it. I've done no DD on it myself.

Having worked at CEBAF, aka: Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility, (..now Thomas Jeffereson Nat'l Labs in Newport News, VA..) were they do particle physics research using cryogenics and super-conducting magnets and the force of the fields therefrom to do all sorts of "..Wierd Science..", the possibility that someone could process petroleum with it is highly likely. Magnetism is used in all sorts of ways in various processes in the insutries I've served; motors, solenoids, material separating or lifting magnets, and induction heating are the most common. In medical research (CAT scanners, etc.), new uses are being found and applied all the time. So, the premise of this company's efforts seem plausible to me.

Good luck with your digging. One way to find who is talkng/thinking about it is to put the symbol or name in the Search: window abouve and select 'Public Msgs' from the pull-down window.

John :-) .... [..no position - no Reco..]
