JERUSALEM, April 5 (Reuters) - Intel Corp. (INTC.O: Quote, Profile, Research), which is building a $4.2 billion new chip plant in Israel, will spend another $810 million over the next decade in the country, the Industry, Trade and Labour Ministry said on Wednesday.

The ministry said in a statement that it signed a reciprocal deal where Intel will continue to buy from Israeli technology companies. Intel received a $540 million grant from Israel's government to build its new chip plant alongside an existing one in the southern town of Kiryat Gat.
