Perhaps the rocket is more dangerous to the crew operating the launcher: It can turn around and fall on top of them!!!

TJ I think someone sold the blue prints and they are trying to build. problem are the sophisticated components, to make the warhead hit the target.

only a few companies can:

Develop those electronics guidance systems

Calibrate them properly

Have the instruments necessary to calibrate

Of course there's a lot of money to be made selling those via third parties, and Iran has the money. problem is the end user certificate.
