Without the public behind him, no President can accomplish much, so being popular and respected carries advantages with it....

So that's what we want? A president that can do "stand up"? Heck if that is the case, let's vote in Jeff Foxworthy....

Many people think the President sounds very much like Jeff Foxworthy...you know: "Shut'er down and get governin" and the like.

Foxworthy is cleverer though. As proof, see Bush's humor in his last press conference. Pretty forced...needs spontanaity.

As for your comment about the noble Delay Foundation...do I get to include all the Heinz foundations in the total of charitable causes? Since you made some comment about "kethup money" I guess I do. In which case you lose your argument by a mile.....the major Heinz foundation has several billion dollars in assets and distributes millions of dollars a year.

Admit you're wrong? Or, will you just say you didn't mean ketchup money meant Heinz money? Hmmm?
