Geode, it's funny how you get everything wrong. <the proportion of human goons to human beings is about 50/50.> While the proportion is near enough, you are wrong in that you think you are in the human being portion. With your totalitarian kleptocratic approach where BIG GOVERNMENT, with you and your fellow goons in charge, you are definitely in the human goon category. It's a bit like Islamic Jihad thinks they are the goodies and the USA and King George II are the bad guys, the evil doers. <It's been made abundantly clear that having nuclear weapons is about the only fail-safe (so far) method for preventing the toppling of a government> Most governments are toppled from the inside. There aren't very many nuclear armed countries, but already, those toppled include USSR and Pakistan. North Korea is likely to follow. China's CCP could fold. Britain, USA, France, India, Israel look stable for now and it isn't anything to do with them having nuclear bombs. Normal military force has served them just fine in dealing with any threats. The USA was defeated in Vietnam despite having nukes, so it's not that nukes gives a winning hand. The USSR was toppled from the outside in a way, because Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, etc are outsiders [according to them, even though they were temporarily inside the USSR]. You bad guys who want to boss other people should not be surprised if we defend ourselves with force, in the same way that you attack us with force. Mqurice
