Rand has her good points. The skyscrapers that need to be built today are just as monumental. They will make us look like very proud ants if achieved. They will be of the international agreements kind though. They need a solid base, a good design and exceptionally good engineering. Crichton is just another domesticated beast with a ring through his nose. He will follow whichever way his nose is tugged. He is not up to any hard science investigation imho. Religion is there. Accept it. His godless religion is to follow the dollar signs. I used to go night skiing in Maine. The floodlights were handy as all those trees were best avoided. The temperature was nearly up to minus 40 most of the time. I could afford the right clothing though. Maybe Crichton needs a good dose of cold water in a fast running stream. It would probably do him some good.
