Michal,

I know there are those who don't mind dual boots but I'm saying it now, there are going to be many hair-pulling days ahead that will give some pretty ugly bad press to Apple when people start having problems with drivers and compatibility issues. There's no free lunch. Personally, I think Apple should've avoided this altogether and gone for virtualization. Just my opinion.

This is just an easy intermediate step to being able to run windows side by side with OS X (http://www.intel.com/technology/computing/vptech/)

That was then, this is now; across the product line, equivalent hardware from Apple is currently running about %40 more than Dell.

The number of switchers is infinitessmal. An official boot hack isn't going to change anything, IMO. If it had been done back when a decent PC cost $5k, maybe, but not in 2006 when $500 gets you a perfectly useable Windows laptop.

All IMO, etc.

the McBook

When did McDonalds start selling these? Next to the McNuggets and the egg McMuffins? Funny though, a Mac meets Mc tie-in would be a good fit.
