Your preaching to the choir when it comes to rummy. I was talking about something else. I have no real answer to ed's question about what to do if 9/11 happens and we cant determine who really was responsible. When you get hit that way, you need to be able to strike back in due course. Without knowing or only being able to guess, something very dark gets created at home. After 9/11 there was little or no arab bashing. Incidents yes but very little of it. If there is another 9/11 we will know it is an islamic thing but if we cant pinpoint and respond the anger will be turned inward. This isnt an original thought on my part. I have an arab friend who worries about this scenario as it applies to him and his family and he is christian. Terrorism no doubt makes good people react harshly and sometimes badly. Combatting terrorism is very important and not only for the obvious reasons. MIke

"As Rummy once said we are going to have to blow off some steam and better abroad than at home."

Maybe Mikey's dad used to have a bad day at work, come home and kick the dog and punch the wife around a bit - but, he was just "blowing off steam", so, it was okay. Better he did it there than at work - he'd get fired!
