"I suspect once the market turns down, the home builders will be, in part, leading the way." Yes it is entirely possible no matter how bad the news out there the builders don't crack until the overall market starts to dive. What is most amazing to me is the builders ability to hide all the bad news going on all around us here in the real world. Here we are and the first quarter is over and no warnings? Creative accounting and channel stuffing at it's finest perhaps? I guess you can always use a break above strong resistance on the charts to get stopped out if they start to go parabolic.
