Interesting spin. Of course, nothing is keeping them from crossing back into Mexico. It's just that they can't easily go back and forth.

(My sense is that it's closer to 50-55%.)

They don't really want to stay, they want to work and go back home

I think that depends on whether or not they have families here. Once the kids are raised American, they don't want to leave.

And then, who knows, guest workers in China?

They just need to start breeding again.
