His argument is greatly weakened by his repeated inability to recognise the difference between theft and taxation. Perhaps because there isn't one. Taxation is a special class of theft. Done right its not nearly as bad as many other forms, and also a certain amount of it is a necessity to avoid anarchy, but that doesn't make it something other than theft. Or maybe you could call it extortion, or use some other similar word, but whatever word used it is taking wealth from people against their will.
