FIrst, why are the only two options you offer either taking a wait and see attitude or stopping radical islam? Are there no other options?

Second, how do you propose we stop radical islam?

I don't think we can agree on that. I think that's an oversimplification of the situation. Radical religious fundamentalism of any kind is dangerous.

I can't answer that with a simple yes or no. It's way more complicated than that. We need to first understand why there is a radical Islam.
