"Its hard to believe that one would take so many risks when you get to the level of Congress." DeLay was never a shrinking violet. And it usually worked, the other guy always blinked. Plus, he was working on the assumption that he or his people would always be in control. He assumes that he controls the Texas state legislature now. It will be interesting to see if he is correct in that assumption.
