I don't chase stock anymore. Let the price come down to the level I am comfortable with. There are many good stocks.

Right now I like the homebuilder stocks. I just bought Toll Brothers (Tol), a solid homebuilder company, SP 4 stars, very low P/E, nobody loves homebuilders since Bernarke says he will need to raise rates a few more times. But a Federal Reserve guy says today that we are near the end of rate hike and also in the news that mortgage application has gone up.

I buy in stages, and gosh, my last bid did not go through, however I have bought enough today. I buy a good company when nobody wants it. It is cyclical, so in the tax deferred account, I have time (or maybe not LOL). On top of that there are many additional immigrants. legal or otherwise, and they need a place to live. Homebuilders, yes, good ones are for me at this moment.

Gold and silver - just like energy (oil but not gas) -, they have gone up too far. Too risky.
