No, Kerry is not and has never been a "flip-flopper". What he was was right. 100% right, except for whatever Buch-Cheney lies he believed for a minute. The 87 billion which has now been squandered in Iraq with no accountability, and all pure debt, was a case where Kerry demanded that there be accounting for where the money was going, and that 1/3 of the tax cuts for the rich be used to pay for the war. Kerry was right. That 87 billion was wasted. And if ever senator had "flip-flopped" with Kerry that day we would be in much better shape.
