Dick Gephardt disqualified himself when he said bush was a miserable failure. What he should have said was the bush policy had failed. If he had done that i believe he might have gotten the nomination and might have won the election.

Hardball cannot including fixing elections and running 100% dishonest smear campaigns against honest war heros, then pretending you had nothing to do with it. Hardball can also not include lying to get uis into a war then using the war as a scare tactic. Nor using government to enrich all your pals at the taxpayers and consumers' expense. That is corruption. Spying on Americans without a warrant is also illegal. Those things are and should be illegal and grounds for dismissal and severe punishment.
