certainly, in principle, i agree..

the state should not be able to 'order' the purchase of insurance...

but let's get real...

*somebody* pays the cost of insurance for those who REFUSE to pay because of the hybrid 'if your aren't insured or too poor to pay government subsidy' *we will* (big brother)

with higher and higher premiums

aren't you getting tired of subsidizing the insurance deadbeats?

what do you think a national health plan covers.. citizens pay gov. it is not free. Canadians do not get free health care they pay for it and like some other national programs the quality is questionable.
