Yep... he's certainly got a chance.

Most handicapping has him in second place right now behind McCain.

Personally though, I think there is a strong possibility that a lot of the guys running for the 'social conservative' Party vote (Allen, Brownback, Romney, Frist, etc.) will bunch up and keep each other in the single digits --- possibly allowing McCain to sweep through the primaries with first/second/or third place finishes in each... which would give him a commanding number of delegates.
