Could this be large plavers sellmg their warrants

I think that you are right. The funds can sell the warrants for $.70 each and hold the common shares that have a current liquidation value of $5.72. A locked in profit, albeit not a large one. AQR closed the day at $5.69, a slight discount from its cash value.

I am confident that the Amelio-Hancock-Wozniak combo will be able to source an attractive deal. While more speculative than the common shares, I would favor the warrants. As always, you may need to be patient.
