Re: Duke probably cannot be any more coercive without stepping on students' rights ????? Throw anyone who does not cooperate with authorities of out the school. A rape has occurred per DNA evidence and people are allowed to continue going to classes even though they are not cooperating in the least? That is the height of absurdity. EVERYTHING I have seen thus far indicates only guilt. That letter did not help their case yesterday, contrary to the claims of his attorney. BTW, as a sidenote, did you know that 1 in 3 of the players from this team has been arrested for something or other? These guys are real class acts.
