this stock moving back to 80's i expect those that brought stock down are moving on to other stocks.


You're right.

And, if you believe Kramer's bear move hypothesis, the announcement was a perfectly timed counter, telling the bears in no uncertain terms, "Don't tread on me!"

The stock had already bounced off of the 200dma and was looking to test again. Then, before the bears could get out of their shorts, WHAM!
