These markets were supported today by the Fed's 14-day
repo. I believe the Fed is the only support this market now has,
i.e., it is probably being artificially levitated by
some illegal futures activity. Since the
natural support is absent, the fall could be sudden and
dramatic, although we can't possibly tell when it will come.
Until then, liquidity injections will continue working their
magic, and the market will continue moving up.
Also, there has been no printing (coupon passes) since March, 15.
So, the market has been going up on old liquidity.
I watch liquidity, cause I think it is the key.
All IMHO.
