If you mean Filegate, notice that nothing ever came of that, because there was really nothing there. Big difference between holding FBI files (having the information) and releasing it - especially when it damages national security.

Bush is the one who says we're in a war. But then he releases information that hurts that war, to protect lies used to invade Iraq. That should make him a traitor, since the result was the loss of a valuable CIA asset who specialized in WMD and Iran (something that would have been QUITE useful right about now).
