I'm sure we will hear some more "news" about the pos6 and Qualcomm before the 19th, followed almost immediately by a CSFB comment which will say essentially nothing. Something to the effect of "If the EC rules against QCOM there is a risk of downward pressure on the stock price." They will downgrade it to sell but raise the target price or something else equally assinine.

Hummer,

I think your premise of a gap with a quick recovery (maybe a day or two) is a very reasonable synopsis. However, since we can't quantify the exact potential damages to Q's bottom line, either short or long term, the loss of value is moot. It could drop $.50 or $5.00...any one's guess.

I do feel, though, that it has been held hostage here long enough and that any dip is a serious strong buy level.
