croc- i still think it's great! our plan was to keep our business going for a few years longer. had we not been between a rock and a hard place last spring, we wouldn't have decided to list our house when we did and we wouldn't be here now. so, out of a rotten situation, came something spectacular and we're enjoying it earlier than planned. having said all that, i'm really looking forward to travelling to vancouver next wednesday. there are some people i miss very much, but that's life, eh? this is a special place and it seems to attract special people. getting ready to list the place though after 24 years is not something i'd care to repeat. -rose
